Customer was refunded on the same day they submitted their cancellation request. It is entirely dependent on their bank as to when the funds will be made available in their account again. However, this customer has been refunded and their account has been cancelled. Read more

Customer signed up for Free Trial which lasts 7 days. On the 7th day the Free Trial ended and the customer’s Paid Subscription began. This process was made very clear at the time of sign up when the customer filled out the sign up form with their credit card number agreeing that their Paid Subscription would begin on day 7. However, the customer did have the option to cancel before day 7 if they did not want to begin a Paid Subscription.... Read more

I made the mistake of subscribing to them for the 7 day free trial and wagon it for less than an hour and unsubscribed but they took $99.95 out of my account and I called and talked to them which they told me their is no way to get ahold of billing department! that they would submit a request for me and the billing department would get ahold of me in 24-48 hours its been 48 hours later no e-mail or phone call! I had purchased the yearly subscription for Android earlier this year. In the Apps section it would tell me the names of the Apps that were used. That's nice but it doesnt tell me the keystrokes that are used within the Apps. I was told by your support that your app doesnt support keystrokes for Android. Major disappointment. I then see that the apps feature was removed and was added to a "Advance Features" option. Now I get a message saying... Read more

Customer requested refund on 6/10 because iCloud Backup was off (required on for software to function correctly) and didn’t have access when she had previously contacted support to troubleshoot. All records in this customer account show that all issues have been resolved by our technical support team. Settings on customer’s computer was causing the caching of recorded data that was preventing upload to their account. Records show that the customer is currently logging in and using the software successfully as of today 5/31/16.
