Not getting full services
I'm trying to figure out why I'm only able to see text messages not the call log

I really hate these guys, hope to find an alternative before my annual subscription runs out. 1.
They upsell you for MANY things. Want to block sites, not just monitor? Extra fee. Want to switch to a new computer?
Extra fee. Need extra support? White glove support service. Add an extra computer?
Extra fee. 2. The software is a little buggy, doesn't monitor everything, and takes some extra work to get it working properly.
Overall, not happy. Quite angry at times, when they want to upsell me for an "extra" service that shouldn't be extra, such as switching computers, or getting the software to work.

I got the Webwatcher but my son found out so he block my apps On my phone..im still really upset for what he did..now im trying to get my money back.. I cancel my email..palomita_blanca00@***.com and had to redo a new gmail..yahoo..cuz someone hacked my accounts..when my son gave them my info

Still having issues, they tell me their engineers are working on it and will email me, never get an email. The system works well and then you have weeks where it doesn't work well, each time I am given a different excuse as to why the text data is not working, it's an apple issue, their system was updating etc.
I will use a new program when our time is up. if they were honest when it wasn't working I could understand that, but they are not. If you chat with them you get different reasons from different people and you can never reach someone to actually talk with them, you have to live chat.
They don't respond to emails either. Stay away!
Went to Apple and got their help, the problem is not the apple account as Webwatcher has stated. Still to this day they have not contacted me yet, though I have asked several times and they have told me several times they would get a specialist on this problem and contact me. I still can only retrieve data about once a week or so.
I have used Webwatcher for several years, it has always been a bit glitchy, but it usually resolves in a day or so. The past several weeks I have had all sorts of issues.
I have not been able to see the text data from the targeted device even though we have backed up to the cloud and their website says they have retrieved the data. I have contacted them many times and they offer no help except to say they will have someone contact time or they will send it to the development team. They try to imply I don't know how to use the software, but I have used it for years just fine. Also, they never admit they are having issues.
I have a service that does work and they don't care. Do not buy this service, they are not honest and it wont help you monitor the very thing they promise to monitor.

Guest: yes Tech Support: This must have been an issue on Apple that does not allow the registration to complete. As Apple has updated the icloud version wherein it automatically locks down account once icloud username and password is accessed. Guest: so this means that webwatcher is no longer a program that can perform on this platform of IOS?

Hi had ur app on my phone this was a x girl friend that i had. i had 2 get the police 2her so take your app off my phone *** this is now going back in the hands off the police now *** niver consented 2 this so take it off now thank g muirhead.
WEBWATCHER - Not even as good as a basic service
Paid for this service over 2 months ago and SO REGRETFUL . So many problems encountered and the tech support have been NO HELP AT ALL .
This is my opinion based on my experience of this ' service ' 1 - Tracking is POOR . It can go for many many hours without giving Tracking information and ' tech support ' just say must be out of range or target unit location is switched off - all nonsense ---- Plus , I've actually had the device in my hand when the tracking did register BUT 30 miles away .... it's happened several times since . ' TRACKING???
' LOL !! 2 - Texts don't always record 3 - Pictures don't always record 4 - ACTIVITY LOG - Often does not load and ' tech support ' say log out and try again in 24 hours .... WOW ' mobile monitoring ' ..... if l wanted to check the device tomorrow l would n't be trying to monitor it today .
5 - Tech support --- HA .... In my experience these guys are less than useless ... do not help at all BUT love a good argument . 6 - Login - Have had many problems simply logging on to their website .
This experience is the worst web experience of all time for me and I CAN NOT RECOMMEND THIS ' SERVICE ' BASED ON THE PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE LISTED ABOVE . I WILL AVOID THEM THE NEXT TIME I NEED A MONITORIN SERVICE .

I recently put your 30 day plan plus your extended 29.99 extended thing to get all data, or something like that. Everything worked great.
And about 1 And a half weeks later it would not let me log in. I have tried everything. Even an update. It will keep saying my phone it's not connected to the internet but u have no problems connecting with other apps.
Please help me figure this out because I've spent a good bit of money with y'all and now u can't use it. Thanks

So i signed up for Webwatchers, it said it was a seven day trial. I was unable to see the features then it ask for my credit card bit say its not charging me.
Then i check my statement online and they charged me 99.95 dollars.
Also in order for me to watch any of the things they advertised they want me to up grade again 29.95× 12. This company is a fraud.

I don't think webwatcher it's recording information accurately cuz I haven't seen any calls on the other device that I'm spying on or texts or anything like that since yesterday and the phone is being used now and I have not yet gotten any alerts
