On 6/9/19 I paid for a one year subscription. It said I had a 7 day free trial first.

I was charged anyways. After five days I canceled the subscription because the app did not do everything it said it could. I canceled my subscription and requested a full refund. I was told I will get an email with a ticket number.

I never got the email. I emailed them several times and never got a response. Today I got on the site and talked to live support. I was told I never requested a full refund or cancelled.

I have emails to prove I did but they don't seem to care. I was told it was past the 7 days so they are going to keep the full amount paid $129.95. I deleted the app and have not even tried to use since I canceled.

I think they deleted my request and refund to wait for the 7 the day so they can keep my full payment. This site is a scam and it does not do half of what it claims it can do

Webwatchers requires a technician to access your computer remotely and take over control of your desktop and its contents to finish the software installation. This was not stated before purchase.

They repeatedly refuse a refund for a product I'm unable to use. I asked for a refund immediately upon the program not installing.

This company engages in theft. Buyer beware.

The company did contact me and still refused to refund my money. They offered other services, don't know what, for the remaining period of the 3 months I paid for.

Apparently this company never makes a refund no matter the reason. Very disappointing and unclear that their refund policy is so strict.

This so called download does not do what is says it will do. I cancelled within the first 24 hours of download and the company refused to refund my money.

Their "free trial" is a gimmick to take your money. The program did not do what it claimed it would and when I asked for a refund of my $39.95 payment for 3 months the company said they would only refund my money if the program did not work. It did not work, they will not refund my money and I paid $39.95 for 3 months for something I am not using, nor will use.

A RIP OFF! DO NOT PURCHASE!

My experience has been very satisfying and wonderful. This company really got it right . I love the amount of data they are able to collect , from several different social media sites .

I have no complaints with web watcher. My child even deleted the app and web watcher gave me a way to install the stealth app that needed a username and password to delete or open at all.

It is wonderful. I paid $39 for a month of data veiwing and i never had not one problem with the app . It worked wonderfully. I would reccomend that all parent monitor their childrens devices.

Well worth the money to know our children are safe . It is very affordable for the quality of data you recieve. The only thing is i wish for a way to view what my child sends in facebook messenger . I can only see what is being recieved .

My child was deleting messages so he would not be caught doing something that he knows i would not agree with and he was caught in a matter of having this app for 1 day . I am very grateful for webwatchers . Job well done .

I have reccomended this app to lots of friends and family .. thank you .

Tech accessed my PC and couldn't fix - WEBWACHER STILL REFUSING REFUND

First, it took FOREVER for someone to answer the chat session. They tried to fix the problem by walking me through steps to fix it.

It didn't work, so they said I had to allow a tech to access my system - I did that - the tech remoted into my pc and was unable to fix the problem. They said they would note their records. The next day - one day after purchasing the software - I emailed and requested a refund. I received a "we will review your email" response.

Nearly a week later -well after the 3 day period that I HONORED - that I am supposed to allow them to help me - they finally answered - insisting that I allow a tech to remotely access my PC - again. I told them three times I had already done that, spent hours of my time on it and it still isn't working an I want a refund. They have refused the refund and keep repeating that I must allow someone to access my PC when they already did. Now I am suspicious of them insisting that I allow a stranger/tech person to access my pc yet again??

Just refund my money your product didn't work as advertised, it didn't take "10 minutes" to set up it took hours the day I tried dealing with your tech people and then well over three days for your refund department to respond to me. I did my part Webwatcher is not doing theirs.

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY

After returning about four phones to Verizon, I found this web watcher application affixed to my cell phone device. It was on or about 27 Feb 2019, I found this application on my phone, I deleted it, rather I thought I did but seem to keep having problems with phones.

I now have five phones in my possession but will have to return two of them once i can safely transfer information. I contacted the company and they sent me a file, I had to fill out fraudulent activity form and get it notarized. Come to find out, the application were opened up in my own name. Web watcher will not provide me any other information and I provided whom I thought did it and provided their billing information.

Someone has gone into my account, stolen files from email and other malicious activity.

I think it has been on my phone for quite some time like June - August 2018. I need help!!

It won't do what you think it will do

If you purchase WebWatcher and get it to work...that's a big IF....the app will not do everything it is advertised to do. I installed and with this issue and that, it took about 7 days before I saw any data.

You will only see IM messages. You will not see any messages from popular sites like Snapchat or Instagram. I kept expecting to see deleted messages, photos, GPS location but there were only photos from the phone library and no shared photos, no deleted messages and not once a GPS location. One time it shows websites and another it doesn't.

Upon researching further I'm seeing a lot of customers complain about this company and it's software. Once you pay for it though....you will NEVER get your money back. Even on the BBB site they are refusing very unsatisfied customers a refund. This app, IF fully functioning, might help you keep an eye on your grade school child but it is completely incapable of monitoring teens.

You'll keep hearing how they are here for you 24/7 but often their techs cannot resolve your problems and still you will not get a refund.

There are far better apps out there. Do your research and avoid WebWatcher.

I finally had a human Answer and it was for a different software so I was sent to Webwatcher and waited only to get a recording. I requested my refund within first day and they refuse my refund????
