They advertising to Try It Risk Free but force payment immediately that is non-refundable. They advertise the program is discrete and tamper-proof but that is false as the program only works with a supporting software that must remain open and operational and is in view and can be shut off by any user of the same pc.
Reason of review: Not as described/ advertised.
Monetary Loss: $60.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

Absolutely false advertising. they don't tell you that there is an upgrade for the screenshots and then they make it impossible to reach them. DON'T USE THEM!!!!!
I had the same issue. The product is open on my computer and can be seen by anyone. It is not discrete.
My program never did work, and I even allowed their technician to access my computer and try to fix it - the condition they published for my money back - they could not fix it and that is documented - they still refused to refund my money. I disputed the charge with AmEx and they countered my dispute. I spent so much time going back and forth with them and Amex eventually I just threw in the towel -which I hated to do because I am sure they count on the consumer to just wear down and decide it isn't worth their $200 to keep fighting.
I had the same experience. They refused to respect and fulfill their guarantee.
