I really hate these guys, hope to find an alternative before my annual subscription runs out. 1.

They upsell you for MANY things. Want to block sites, not just monitor? Extra fee. Want to switch to a new computer?

Extra fee. Need extra support? White glove support service. Add an extra computer?

Extra fee. 2. The software is a little buggy, doesn't monitor everything, and takes some extra work to get it working properly.

Overall, not happy. Quite angry at times, when they want to upsell me for an "extra" service that shouldn't be extra, such as switching computers, or getting the software to work.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $147.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Sites it blocked, Basic functionality.

I didn't like: The, Deceptive marketing practices, Sneaky upselling, Hard to use softare.
