Webwatcher - Service stinks

If In need of web monitoring - use any other company. I found the company to be dishonest on billing refusing to refund money. On top of that the service was shoddy, tech support inept, and a total waste of effort. Do not use. Do not use webwatcher.

Customer signed up for the WebWatcher Free Trial on 5/7/17 and then manually upgraded to a paid subscription on 5/9/17. Customer is continuing to login into their account as of 6/6/17 and is actively using the software. WebWatcher is performing as advertised.
