I purchased a license a month ago. The software detects back-ups to Icloud, but cannot capture any data.

Despite numerous chats with tech services and numerous e-mails and service tickets, they have not fixed the problem. They said if they could not fix the problem in three days, they would refund my money. Instead they offered to transfer the license to a PC or Android device. I did not need anything other than an Ipad license, so I requested a full refund.

They, so far, have not refunded any money.

Don't waste your money. Their Ipad monitor does not work, even though they have attempted to update their software and reboot their servers.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Monetary Loss: $130.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Product, No refund, Customer service.
