Less than three weeks after I purchased the service, it stopped working. They claimed that they were conducting "maintenance" on their servers (April 14, 2015) and that it should be up and running in four hours. The hours turned into the next day. Next, they claimed that they were updating their software to deal with the newer smartphones (April 15, 2015) and that their service would be up the next day. On April 16, they claimed that their IT techs informed them that all maintenance was complete and that service would begin as normal in four hours. Obviously, that didn't happen. April 17, they claim that they are conducting maintenance and that the login function would finally work at 9am. That later turned into 12:30am.

But, when one was finally able to log on, none of the previous recorded data for the missing days (14-17 April) was available, when they IN FACT promised that the opposite would be the case.

As far as restitution to the consumer, they don't offer any. They'll offer you extensions on their non-working service and that's about it. That's like getting extra days on a rental car that doesn't turn on as compensation for it not turning on.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A FRAUD!!!
